Role Overview:
As an Associate Product Designer at Design Spark, you will work closely with our design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products. You will participate in all stages of the design process, from brainstorming ideas to developing wireframes and delivering polished designs. This is a great opportunity for a junior designer looking to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly
Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and clients
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards across all projects
Stay current with design trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team
Qualifications:
Some experience (internship or junior role) in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Basic understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices
Ability to create clean, user-friendly interfaces and experiences
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a dynamic design team
